Nalia moved to Bandon in 2019, drawn by its small-town charm. Passionate about local tourism, she brings experience in operations, sales, client relations, and event planning to her role as Executive Director. Her mission is to foster connections and support local families and businesses.

Brandie has always enjoyed volunteering, especially with animals. She’s held diverse roles, including 911 dispatcher, escrow officer, and mortgage processor, before ultimately finding her true calling as a realtor.

With over seven years as a CPA, Anne began by managing her husband’s construction trades business. She now runs her CPA practice from home, working with small businesses and non-profits.

Raised in Bandon, Christine returned here after a stint as a marketing director in the oil and gas industry. Currently, she and her husband own and operate the Big Wheel General Store.

A Southern Oregon Coast native, Tia has a deep affection for Bandon. She enjoys bringing people together and has dedicated numerous hours to volunteering for local events and initiatives.

Director
A skilled insurance agent, Angela brings tailored insurance solutions to both individuals and businesses. Outside of work, Angela contributes to the community and is passionate about helping others. She, alongside her partner Josh, own and operate Brickman Painting.
DAMON WEATHERILL
Bandon Sushi
Director
Damon is a fourth-generation Oregonian who moved to Bandon full-time in 2021 to raise his two children. After settling in, he recognized a need for more diverse dining and adult-friendly entertainment options in the community. In response, he opened Old Town Tap & Grill, Sunnyside Cafe, and Bandon Sushi—bringing new energy and variety to the local scene.

Fins Family Fun
Director
Neal brings a background in corporate leadership and small business ownership to Bandon. Originally from England, he moved to the US with Oracle Corporation and later owned and operated doggy daycares in Colorado Springs. He opened Fins Family Fun in 2024, inspired by a desire to create a family-friendly attraction for locals and visitors alike.

Director
David joined Southern Coos Hospital and Health Center as Director of Medical Group Operations in 2025. With more than 30 years of healthcare leadership experience, he specializes in physician practice operations, strategic planning, and community outreach, with a focus on rural healthcare.
