BANDON OREGON CHAMBER OF COMMERCE
WHAT WE DO
Chamber Leadership Empowers Bandon’s Business Community
Bandon Chamber board directors and committee members play a crucial role in guiding marketing strategies, membership recruitment, visitor information, and event planning. They also establish effective communication channels with city and state officials to advocate for policies and developments that foster a business-friendly environment.
Chamber Board Meetings
Chamber Board meetings convene on the third Wednesday of each month. If you wish to address the board or propose an agenda item, kindly reach out to the chamber director at least two weeks prior. Your proactive engagement will ensure a smooth and productive meeting. Thank you for your participation.
Board of Directors
Chamber members elect our board of directors. For more information about our current board, please visit our page on Who We Are.
The Bandon Chamber holds annual elections for open board positions in April. To be eligible for a board position, you must have been a Bandon Chamber member in good standing for at least one year. If you are interested in being considered for a board position, please submit a letter of petition expressing your interest. The letter should be signed by five other members in good standing and should be mailed or delivered to the Chamber of Commerce by the third week of March. Please address the letter to the chamber president.
Committees
We highly encourage members to actively engage in our chamber committees, including marketing, public policy, and the Bandon Cranberry Festival. To learn more, please visit our Committees and Groups page.
Boost Your Business with Chamber Support
Chamber staff and ambassadors are eager to help you promote your business. We are here to support you with event planning, advertising, and media coverage for your upcoming events. Please note that all events must be open to the public.
Ribbon cuttings are an excellent way to engage the community in celebrating important milestones such as grand openings, relocations or renovations, changes in management or ownership, or significant anniversaries.
Business After Hours events offer valuable networking opportunities and help increase public awareness of your business, as well as local nonprofits and charitable causes.
We look forward to working with you and making your special occasion a success!
