ALL MINOR RIDERS MUST WEAR A HELMET FOR SAFETY.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions stated on the Bandon Chamber of Commerce Parade Information sheet, and understand that I MUST sign the Hold Harmless and Release form at the time of parade check in, in order to participate. If you would like to print the form and bring it with you, you will need the ability to open, read, and print Adobe PDF files. Check in location is at Franklin Avenue SW and 9th Street SW, Bandon, OR, next to Bandon High School. Parade starts at 10 a.m.
