If you would like to request electricity, the following may be available. (Limited quantities, Food Vendors receive priority.) Add $30 for 120-Volt service at 20 amps for (1) line

Vendor Information/Description:*

Please give a brief description your of booth setup, as well as list EACH product you intend to sell. Please also include any other information you feel is needed for us to properly site your booth to ensure an optimal festival experience for our festival goers and your business alike.

I have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Bandon Chamber of Commerce “Vendor Invitation” and “Participation and Hold Harmless Agreement,” and understand that I MUST sign and return the “Participation and Hold Harmless Agreement” for final approval of my vendor application.
