I have read and agree to the terms and conditions stated on the Bandon Chamber of Commerce "Parade Information" sheet, and understand that I MUST sign the “Hold Harmless and Release” form at the time of parade check in, in order to participate. If you would like to print out the form and bring it with you, then you will need to have the capability to open, read, and print Adobe pdf files. Check in location is in the Diary Queen parking lot, 20 9th Street SW, Bandon, OR. Parade starts at 10 a.m.
